Areas of Expertise: Mike is an active member of the National Business Travel Association (NBTA). As a charter member of the NBTA Groups & Meetings Committee, Mike played a leadership role in the establishment of the term 'Strategic Meetings Management Program (SMMP)' into the vernacular of the travel and meetings industry. He worked extensively with the committee to help co-create a series of industry-first white papers that played a key role in driving awareness and attention to this category of corporate spend. Mike also serves on the Strategic Meetings Management Task Force for the creation and delivery of the first-ever certification program for practitioners of strategic meetings management programs.
