Coaching Services
S2K On Purpose, LLC offers one-on-one executive coaching, team coaching, and leadership coaching. You can choose to follow the Energy Leadership Development System, a focused one-on-one coaching program that is customized based on your specific goals and objectives, or we can create a unique program for your development.

We have a proven track record in increasing leader and team performance through coaching and other programs with an emphasis on strategic results that produce rapid and major behavioral change.  By using the most advanced approaches to organizational and leadership development, we are able to consistently impact the growth and personal performance of each client we serve.

One-on-One Coaching: In person and/or phone coaching to enable individuals to identify and develop skills, strengths, resources, abilities, and strategies to overcome challenges and maximize their performance.

Group/Team Coaching: In person sessions to develop stronger team cohesiveness, clarify roles/responsibilities, develop goals and strategies aligned with department goals as well as the mission and vision of the organization.

In House Training 
The Energy Leadership program can be delivered as an on site training program for leaders and for development of internal coaches.  

A comprehensive program is available for executives, managers, specific professionals, and division leaders (such as Sales, Human Resources, Training and Development).

For all of our programs, extensive surveying is done to take the pulse of your organization's current culture and most pressing demands.
